For more than 30 years, Lance Johnson Building Company has been building custom homes and communities throughout Northwest Arkansas with a steady commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
1992
Lance Johnson Building Company opened in 1992 in Sprindgale, Arkansas.
1992
Started building custom homes and homes for our investors.
1996
Built in the Tunbridge Wells Subdivision.
1997
Built in Har-Ber Meadows, Meadow Lands, Richards Glen, and Meadowlands.
1999
Built in the Renaissance and Simsberry Subdivisions.
2002
Starting building in Shadow Valley.
2018
Starting building in Scissortail.
2022
EJ took over the family business and has built out Aurora and Big Sky, and currently has two new developments underway.
